Hi, I'm Rahib, but you might know me better as Bheegaran! I started as a civil engineer, but as they say, sometimes it takes a B.Tech to discover your true passion! Growing up as a fat kid and getting bullied for it made my life hard, so much so that I thought my body transformation would make everything better. It took me some time to realise that it wasn't just about losing weight or feeling lighter—the secret lay in the workouts and movement that made me feel great both physically and mentally.

I began sharing this journey on Instagram, encouraging my followers to move in ways they enjoy, focusing on well-being rather than just weight loss. I am also dedicated to debunking myths about weight loss and educating people that our bodies are complex and amazing, not just numbers on a scale.

Over the years, I've tried many types of fitness—circuit training, kettlebell flows, strength training, and animal flow, mainly to understand my body’s scope and possibilities. Despite trying different things, I found that real fitness starts in the mind and is less about how you look. Back in the days when fitness was mostly synonymous with bodybuilding, my goal was to make fitness simple and accessible to everyone, no matter their age, gender, or fitness level.

During the COVID lockdown, I ran online programs on Instagram, bringing people together and helping them feel better through movement. My 30-day fitness challenge and step challenges became signature events, uniting hundreds of participants from around the world! This made me realise that a lot of people are ready to move if fitness is accessible to them.

This was how DayZero was born. We've all had our "Day Zero," the moment we commit to ourselves and strive for change. I wanted to see more of these moments, helping people understand why our bodies are designed to move, the importance of moving for well-being, and taking self-care seriously.

With Team Day0, I aim to uphold these values, committed to making sustainable changes in people's lifestyles. Join us, and let's transform your life together!
