Do I need any special equipment to follow your programs?

While some programs may require basic equipment like dumbbells, or yoga mats, many of our workouts can be done with little to no equipment. Each program specifies the necessary equipment.

How can I sign up for a fitness program with you?

You can sign up for a program with us through our website by clicking on the "Get a call back" button and following the registration process. We offer different membership plans to suit your needs and requirements.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Do you offer personalized plans?

Yes, we offer personalized/ customised plans tailored to your fitness goals, dietary preferences, and health conditions. You can access these plans through “What we offer”.

Are your meal plans suitable for people with dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Our meal plans can be customized to accommodate various dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and more. During our discovery call with our nutritionist, we collect all the information about your dietary preferences, allergies, and the foods you enjoy. Just let us know your requirements.

How do I know which fitness program is right for me?

We will send you a Google questionnaire to understand your fitness goals, dietary preferences, and health conditions. This helps us determine your basic needs. You can also schedule a call with us by clicking on the "Get a Call Back" button.

What if I have questions or need help with a workout in your app based plans?

Our support team is here to help! You can reach out to us via Whatsapp chat, or call our Client Success Manager who will be assigned as a point of contact. 

Can I access the workouts on my mobile device?

Yes, our website is mobile-friendly, and we also have a dedicated mobile app available for both iOS and Android devices for on-the-go access. Scan the QR code located in the header section of our website to download the app.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and UPI payments.

How long will it take for me to lose weight and get back in shape?

The time it takes varies from person to person. It largely depends on your calorie deficit, food intake, and consistent exercise, including a combination of strength training and cardio.  Weight loss varies for each individual, but a healthy and sustainable rate is typically 0.5-1kg per week.*

How can I prevent injury?

To prevent injury, ensure proper form during exercises, start with a warm-up, incorporate stretching, and gradually increase workout intensity. Listening to your body and taking rest days is also crucial.

How long into a workout program can I see results?

You may start noticing initial results after a month of consistent workouts, with more significant changes typically visible after three months.

What time of day is best to work out?

The best time to work out is whenever you can be most consistent. Some prefer mornings for energy and routine, while others find evenings more convenient.

What kind of meal plans are available and will they be customized to our individual needs and dietary preferences?

We offer a variety of meal plans that can be customized to your individual needs and dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options.

If two people from my family opt for meal plans, will you customize them so we can cook the same thing with appropriate portion sizes?

Yes, we can customize meal plans for multiple family members to ensure you can cook the same meals with appropriate portion sizes for each person.

Can kids join your program?

Kids can join custom plans and one-on-one training sessions. To ensure safety, we wouldn't encourage them to join group or general workouts, at least in the beginning.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we offer personal training tailored to your individual needs and goals.

How do you manage time zone differences between the client and the trainer?

We schedule sessions at mutually agreeable times to accommodate different time zones.

Do you provide training to clients in different time zones?

Of course. We have clients from various countries, including the US and Australia.

What if I don't have a lot of time to work out each day? 

We understand that busy lifestyles and time can be a constraint for many people. Our programs include efficient workouts that can be completed in as little as 30-40 minutes a day, wherever you are, allowing you to stay consistent without needing a significant time commitment.

What if I don't see results right away?

It's important to stay patient and consistent. Results can vary based on individual factors such as current fitness level, diet, and adherence to the program. Our trainers are available to provide guidance and adjustments to your plan as needed.

Do you offer any nutritional guidance along with the workout plans? 

Yes, our programs include nutritional guidance to complement your fitness routine. Our nutritionists can provide you with meal plans, dietary tips, and support to help you achieve your goals.

How can I track my progress?

Our app includes features to help you track your workouts, nutrition, and progress over time, as well as see your consistency score. You can log your activities, monitor your progress, and adjust your plans as needed with the help of our trainers.

Can I try a program before committing to a membership?

We offer trial sessions and introductory plans so you can experience our programs before committing to a full membership, on certain conditions. Contact us to learn more about our trial options.

What if I need to pause my membership due to travel or other commitments?

We offer flexible options to pause your membership if needed, only for long term transformation plans. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation, and we will assist you in managing your membership.

What if I have a medical condition or injury?

What is your take on weight loss and how many kilos of weight loss do you guarantee with your programs?

We do not guarantee a specific number of kilos lost because fat loss and muscle gain occur differently for each person. Weight loss is influenced by numerous factors including your starting point, adherence to the program, diet, and individual metabolic rate. Our approach focuses on sustainable and healthy changes, emphasizing overall fitness and well-being rather than just the number on the scale.
